1. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery across Jaipur and selected nearby locations. All orders placed during working hours are processed on the same day, subject to stock availability.

  • Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 6 PM will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 6 PM may be processed the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on order size, delivery location, and ongoing promotions. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before completing the order.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

5. No Return Policy

Please note that Q3Mart does not offer returns on any products.

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons including change of mind, wrong selection, or any other personal preference.

While returns are not accepted, replacements may be provided only in the case of:

  • Damaged products received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing items

Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as evidence. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement as per availability.
